This is a delicious riff on the classic Brandy Alexander.
Make one after dinner drink
1 1/2 oz cold brewed coffee
1/2 cup coffee ice cream
1 1/2 oz brandy
3 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
Garnish: sweetened whipped cream, chocolate curls and/or a dash of cinnamon
Process cold brewed coffee, ice cream, brandy, and chocolate syrup in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Pour mixture into a glass and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
